Towards the beginning of the semester I had the chance to take photographs of the Theatre Department's production of The Tempest. I always love taking photos of shows at IUP, but I was extra excited to shoot this one. At the beginning of the summer, while I was doing my internship with the Center for Media Production and Research in the Communications Media Department, I went to Waller Hall with a team of interns to help document the beginning of the rehearsals for The Tempest. I got to watch as the actors were involved in an aerial dance workshop and a clowning workshop. It was a really fun shoot, and I knew I would be looking forward to seeing and shooting The Tempest until the new semester started. So the new semester rolled around, and I finally got to shoot The Tempest, and it turned out to be one of the most interesting shows that I have taken photographs at while at IUP. The cast and crew did an amazing job, and I was able to get some great shots out of it! Of course it took me months to get the photos edited and finished with my busy school schedule, but here they finally are!
